A figure looks wrong — subject Correction
The most useful message we get. Every number on a product page is arithmetic on a source that page names, so tell us which product, which figure, and what you make it instead — we can check it against the same record and fix it or explain it.
You sell one of these products — subject Listing
We do not sell anything and we take no payment for a listing or for a better score. If something we published about your product is inaccurate, say what and we will correct it. If you want a product added, send the MQL5 link.
A product we should add — subject Suggestion
Send the MQL5 listing URL. Products with a public live signal are the ones we can measure properly; without one a page has very little on it.
Press and research — subject Press
Happy to explain how any figure on the site is computed, and to point you at the source record behind it.
Legal and privacy — subject Legal
Copyright, data protection requests, or anything covered by the privacy policy.
What we cannot help with
- Buying, installing or configuring a product. We do not sell these tools and we did not write them. The seller supports their own software; their MQL5 listing has the link.
- Refunds. Your purchase is with MQL5 or the seller, never with us.
- Advice on what to trade. We publish measurements, not recommendations. We are not licensed to advise and will not do it informally by email.
Why there is no form
A contact form would mean storing messages from the public on our server, which is the one thing that would give this site meaningful personal data to hold. An email address does the same job from your own mail client, under your own control. What we do with data is set out in the privacy policy.
Who we are
Forex Tool Data publishes Forex Tool Data. We are independent of MetaQuotes and of MQL5, and we are not affiliated with any seller listed here. Some outbound links may carry a referral code; that never changes what a page says about a product, because every figure is computed from the product's own record rather than chosen by us.
